What it costs.
Every number on this page is the number. You get it on the first call, in writing, before I start anything, and it does not move after that. Half when we agree the price, half when the site goes live.

None of this is required. You can take the files and host the site yourself for free, and I’ll show you where.
- HostingThe site lives on my account. Secure, fast, up. $15/month

- StudioEverything in management, plus two hours of changes a month and one short social edit cut from what you send me. $400/month
- CatchMissed-call text-back. When you can’t pick up, the caller gets a text from your business number within seconds, so the job doesn’t go to whoever answered next. Every month you see the calls you missed and the ones the text won back. $79/month
- DomainBought in your name and your email, renewals watched so it never lapses. $40/year
You buy these because you’d rather not think about it, not because the site stops working without them.

Questions people ask before they call.
Does the domain cost money every year?
Yes, and it’s the only thing that has to. A domain runs about $12 to $20 a year, paid straight to the registrar such as Namecheap or Cloudflare, never to me. If you’d rather not deal with registrars and renewal emails, I buy it in your name and your email and watch the renewals for $40 a year. You stay the owner either way.
Can I keep the domain I already have?
You keep it. I point two DNS records at the new site, which takes about five minutes, and your old site stays up until you tell me to swap. Your business email is untouched, because it runs on different records.
Who owns it when it’s finished?
You do. The files, the domain, the accounts, all in your name. If you ever want to hand the whole thing to someone else, you can, and nothing of mine is in the way.
How long does it take?
A website is usually one to two weeks from the first call. A video is a few days once the footage is in my hands. We agree on the date at the same time as the price, and you see a working draft before anything goes live.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, photos of the real product or the real work, and twenty minutes on a call about who buys from you and why they come back. If the photos aren’t good enough to sell with, I’ll say so and we fix that first.
Do you work with businesses outside Gainesville?
Yes. Calls and email carry most of it either way, and I’ve built for people I’ve never met in person. I’m in Gainesville, Florida, so anyone local gets the option of sitting down.
How does paying work?
Half up front when we agree the price, half when the site goes live. One page, one signature. If anything is unclear in the agreement, we fix it before I start, not after.
What is the difference between a package and the website prices?
A package is a site I have already built once, priced to be a shortcut. If your business matches the shape of one, that is the number. If you need more pages, more products or more motion, we start from the website prices above.
Are prices lower because you’re a student?
No. The prices are what the work is worth. Being at UF means I’m here five days a week, I don’t carry an agency’s overhead, and I will still be building when I graduate.
Tell me what it has to do.
Twenty minutes on the phone and you have the number.
